Wood is a natural resource that can be gathered from trees by punching them (not often and damages the player), using a pick or hatchet, or via creature. The most effective gathering methods are via Metal Hatchet, Castoroides, Therizinosaurus, or a Mammoth.
Wood is used for a variety of applications, including construction, weapon and tool creation, as a fuel, and burning it to produce Charcoal.
