Hide is a resource that can be gathered from most dead creatures by punching them, using pick, hatchet, or certain creatures. The most effective way by hand is with a Metal Hatchet or by using creatures such as Giganotosaurus, Direwolf, Sabertooth, Tyrannosaur, or even Therizinosaurus.
Hide is used in a variety of applications, including Saddles and to produce Gasoline with Oil in the Refining Forge or Industrial Forge.
